Delete Your Account & Data

Requesting account deletion will remove your Zivox account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to zivoxapp@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Delete My Account.
  3. Include your account email/phone and any identifier you use in the app.
  4. Alternatively, you can use the 'Delete Account' feature in Profile -> Personal Info within the app.
  5. After processing, your account will be deactivated and permanently deleted within 30 days. To restore your account before permanent deletion, please contact us via email.

What we delete

  • Account profile and authentication-related records.
  • User-generated content associated with your account.
  • Stored health and activity data linked to your account.

Retention exceptions

Some records may be retained when required by applicable law, fraud prevention, tax/accounting, or dispute resolution obligations.

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
