Delete Your Account & Data

Requesting account deletion will remove your Zivox account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to zivoxapp@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: Delete My Account.
- Include your account email/phone and any identifier you use in the app.
- Alternatively, you can use the 'Delete Account' feature in Profile -> Personal Info within the app.
- After processing, your account will be deactivated and permanently deleted within 30 days. To restore your account before permanent deletion, please contact us via email.
What we delete
- Account profile and authentication-related records.
- User-generated content associated with your account.
- Stored health and activity data linked to your account.
Retention exceptions
Some records may be retained when required by applicable law, fraud prevention, tax/accounting, or dispute resolution obligations.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
